Coquun Cottage
It is a special thing to be invited back to a property to work a second time.
I met Annie and Louy Bell in 2019 and a few months later I visited them in the Hunter Valley to photograph Cherson Cottage. I loved the cottage so much, I went back with my parents and brothers for a special birthday celebration in 2021.
Annie and Louy have just opened their second airbnb cottage on the property - Coquun Cottage, just down the hill from Cherson, and it is absolutely divine.
Coming back to this enchanting piece of the world feels a little like a home-away-from-home now, having made so many lovely memories there. I can't wait to go back for a proper stay to sit on the veranda or by the fireplace with a good book and enjoy the sounds of the Hunter River and nature that surrounds…
